It is the oddest feeling to be sole cook and bottle washer. Sometimes it is sad, but mostly just odd... something to get used to, like new...
We drove past Delvins on the way home from town this evening. Saw the house sitting there. We went to the church to turn around, and Clark, being a man, decided to drive down to the skating rink. I was having fun with visions of us getting stuck on the church hill, and having to call for rescue, but we drove back up just fine. Can't wait to use the rink. We haven't skated since we were married.
